Q. How do we secure our wedding date? A. To officially save your date on our calendar, we require a 50% deposit (retainer) and a signed contract at the time of booking.

Q. Do you offer payment plans for wedding packages? A. Absolutely! We understand that weddings are an investment. We can set up a flexible payment plan at the time of booking, or even set one up later in the process to make things easier for you.

Q. When is the final balance due? A. The remaining balance for your photography and videography package must be paid in full 7 days prior to your wedding day.

Q. What payment methods do you accept? (Do you take CashApp?) A. For your security and convenience, we do not use CashApp or Venmo. All payments and contracts are handled through Honeybook. This is a safe, secure platform that allows you to pay easily using major credit or debit cards.

Q. What is your refund policy? A. Because we turn away other couples to hold your specific date, all payments made are considered final and non-refundable.

Travel & Destination Weddings

Q. Do you charge a travel fee for Oklahoma weddings? A. We do not charge a travel fee for any wedding located inside the state of Oklahoma. Whether you are getting married in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Norman, or anywhere in between, our travel is included!

Q. Do you photograph destination weddings? A. Yes, we love to travel! For destination weddings outside of Oklahoma, we simply ask that you cover travel expenses (flights/gas) and lodging for the team. The package price for the photography and videography remains the same as our standard Oklahoma rates.

Q. What are your travel fees for weddings just outside the state? A. For weddings immediately outside of Oklahoma borders, travel fees typically start at $250.

Style & Experience

Q. What is your photography and videography style? A. We specialize in a True To Color and timeless aesthetic. We take pride in capturing your day authentically. Our goal is for you to look back at your album in 25 years and remember exactly how your wedding felt, rather than distracted by "trendy" editing filters that were popular at the time.

Q. Do we meet face-to-face before the wedding? A. We absolutely can! We love building a relationship with our couples. We can meet during your engagement shoot, or we can grab coffee at a local spot in Oklahoma City just to say hi and discuss your timeline!

Q. If I don’t need an engagement shoot, does that lower the package price? A. Our engagement sessions are a complimentary gift to our couples. Because they are added value to help us get to know you better, removing them does not lower the price of the wedding package.

Q. Do you work well with other vendors? A. Yes! Whether you have a separate videography team or photographers from another company, we love making new friends and collaborating with other Oklahoma wedding vendors to make your day run smoothly.
